INTERMITTENT FASTING BENEFITS:

Moreover, the less frequent meals associated with intermittent fasting can positively impact blood sugar levels, particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with prediabetes or type two diabetes.
Another potential effect of intermittent fasting is the initiation of autophagy, a process in which the body eliminates damaged cells during periods of reduced food digestion. While there is some evidence suggesting that autophagy may decrease the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases, further research is necessary to establish these connections conclusively.

IS INTERMITTING FASTING SAFE:
